Senior Manager, Field & Experiential Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the full annual event calendar, including flagship conferences, executive dinners, and strategic partnerships
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large-scale trade shows and intimate executive programs
• Manage all event logistics, including vendors, shipping, on-site setup, and contingency planning
• Partner with Sales and SDRs on pre-event outreach, meeting setting, and post-event lead follow-up
• Oversee webinar and podcast operations, including platform management and production support
• Track and report on event performance metrics such as pipeline influence and cost per lead

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in B2B field, event, or experiential marketing
• Proven track record managing high volumes of events in enterprise tech or infrastructure
• Experience executing both large-scale conferences and high-seniority executive programs
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot
