Senior Manager, Field Engineering

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing Solutions Architecture team with expertise in Kubernetes, HPC, security, networking, and storage
• Define and execute regional technical go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers, guiding them through architectures, proofs of concept, and production deployments
• Partner with customers to translate complex AI and infrastructure requirements into scalable solutions
• Align capacity management, data center operations, and fleet operations to support AI workloads
• Establish KPIs and streamline workflows to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Incorporate field feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years in solutions architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud services
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record designing and optimizing large-scale cloud-native environments
• Expertise in infrastructure frameworks, workload orchestration, and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, security, and enterprise storage
• Familiarity with GPU-based computing and distributed AI/ML workloads
• Ability to travel up to 30%
