Senior Manager, Fan Experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Fan Experience Strategy aligned with business goals
• Create Theme Nights to attract a diverse cross-section of fans
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital & Creative on brand direction and activations
• Manage sponsorship assets and marketing materials for Theme Nights
• Develop Single-Game Ticket Offers and produce weekly sales reporting
• Recruit, manage, and develop Brand Ambassadors
• Create pre-game and post-game shoulder events
• Develop and implement Game Day Tactical Plans for all home games
• Create and deploy a robust Fan Survey Program and analyze sentiment data
• Manage the Fan Experience budget and conduct monthly reconciliations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent event marketing experience
• 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing
• Experience driving large scale event marketing efforts
• Highly organized with ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
• Metric driven with ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
• Strong proficiency with MS Office programs
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and drive a marketing vehicle (van) as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a professional or college sports team
