Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple, complex programmes of work for Public Services clients, including strategy, R&D, and product builds
• Oversee a portfolio of projects across multiple facets of Public Services, including the Home Office and Department for Education
• Develop and own compelling proposals to grow the Public Sector portfolio
• Mentor and develop team members, aligning responsibilities with critical Public Services work
• Form strong, trusted relationships with senior government customers and collaborate with consulting partners
• Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation, engaging in technical discussions with directors
• Support wider business efforts to ensure strategic flexibility and commercial impact

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Manager managing complex, large-scale transformation programs
• Strong background in the Public Services space (Government, academia, or industry)
• Track record of shipping GDS-style digital products
• Demonstrable interest and understanding of AI and ML concepts
• Technical ability to engage confidently with directors on engineering concepts and AI applications
• Understanding of the commercial consulting delivery model
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous settings with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
