Responsibilities

• Lead transformational AI system implementations by scoping high-value solutions and navigating technical challenges
• Manage enterprise life sciences accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and resourcing
• Build deep trust with senior stakeholders in global enterprises
• Advocate for customer needs internally to help refine the product development team's roadmap
• Create scalable delivery assets, such as playbooks and process improvements
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, and business development functions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology consulting, product development, or high-impact customer-facing roles
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically complex projects, specifically involving AI/ML
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Expertise in managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes
• Proactive and adaptable mindset for fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Life Sciences sector
