Senior Manager - Facilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including administrative functions, security, and facility services.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for facilities operational expenses to ensure spending remains within set limits.
• Mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
• Optimize housekeeping deployment and manage various administrative functions such as fleet management, hospitality, and F&B.
• Supervise trade contractors and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and soft services.
• Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for purchase orders and vendor management.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely, compliant invoice processing.
• Support office renovations through CAD drawing design.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and support security audits.

Requirements

• Graduate or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting facilities operational expenses.
• Strong vendor management skills and experience overseeing third-party contractors.
• Thorough knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide CAD drawing design support for office space renovations.
