Senior Manager - Facilities

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-city facility operations in India, including security, safety, transportation, and general administration
• Oversee property and space management, including seating, parking, and cafeteria services
• Lead integrated building maintenance activities and ensure PPM for critical equipment like UPS, HVAC, and FAS
• Direct ground transportation and logistics for shift employees across multiple cities
• Coordinate essential central services such as reception, mailroom, cleaning, and waste disposal
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring accurate invoice processing and cost-effective procurement
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams and contractors to maintain high service levels
• Ensure all facilities comply with local government regulations and employee health and safety standards

Requirements

• 20+ years of relevant experience in Facilities and General Administration, specifically managing multi-city operations within an IT/ITES MNC environment
• Strong background in building operations, engineering, and maintenance functions
• Proven experience in vendor management and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and Workday
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and work ticketing applications
• Ability to work in a high-performance, 24/7 environment, including after-hours support when required
