About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the annual events strategy across Collaborative and the full field marketing calendar
- Build and evolve the events function including program architecture and vendor partnerships
- Manage the Experiential Marketing budget and ensure measurable ROI
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the annual flagship customer conference
- Oversee a portfolio of 40+ field events, roundtables, and partner activations
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports and contractors
- Define KPIs and report on pipeline influence and attendee engagement
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in event, experiential, or field marketing
- 3–4 years of experience managing a team
- Proven track record leading large-scale B2B events (1,000+ attendees)
- Experience with budget ownership and ROI tracking
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Swoogo, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS or nonprofit technology
- Experience building or scaling event programs in a high-growth company
