Senior Manager - Experience Design (Interior)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a compelling vision for the holistic passenger journey through innovative service concepts.
• Embed a customer-first mindset across all design activities to address both functional and emotional passenger needs.
• Leverage data and passenger insights to develop practical, scalable concepts, prototypes, and infrastructure solutions.
• Create and implement a strategic experience masterplan to differentiate Dubai Airports globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer experience into infrastructure plans and capital projects.
• Establish frameworks to monitor, measure, and continuously enhance the quality of passenger experiences.
• Deliver design solutions that are economically feasible, operationally viable, and commercially impactful.
• Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and service providers to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in customer experience (CX) design, service design, or human-centered design.
• Proven experience working within complex environments.
• Strong ability to translate user insights into innovative and practical solutions.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage customer research and insights.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions.
• A passion for creating world-class, customer-centric experiences.
