Senior Manager, Executive Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex cross-functional and cross-organizational recruiting projects and programs with high visibility
• Design, evaluate, and select process and service improvements based on business needs and industry trends
• Develop new procedures, processes, and standards for Talent Acquisition to improve operating effectiveness and candidate experience
• Identify and resolve unique, complex problems requiring creative thinking to develop solutions with broad business impact
• Act as a key advisor and influencer of the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
• Proactively identify and participate in resolving issues impacting the talent pipeline and candidate experience
• Collaborate with senior leaders, peers, and internal partners to deliver innovative recruitment strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working within an executive search firm
