Senior Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition - Technology Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment for VP-level and senior technology leadership roles
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders, providing insights on complex leadership needs
• Perform in-depth research to identify and engage passive talent prospects through proactive methodologies
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of executive-level candidates for the Bank’s talent pool
• Manage complex compensation negotiations in partnership with Total Rewards and HR Business Partner teams
• Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing inclusive hiring practices across the selection process
• Lead the end-to-end candidate experience, building influential relationships with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an executive recruitment role at large or complex organizations
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting technology executive-level talent
• Ability to independently manage complex, niche executive searches
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of current technology trends
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an executive search firm
• Knowledge of the Banking industry
• Understanding of AI prompting and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency
