About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the executive search lifecycle, including market intelligence, sourcing, candidate cultivation, and offer negotiations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders across Product Management, Tech, Design, and Risk Management.
- Design and implement holistic executive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier passive talent for VP+ roles.
- Partner with hiring teams to build proactive sourcing strategies and drive market research.
- Collaborate with internal partners such as Compensation, Legal, and Risk to manage candidate expectations and the offer process.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and market trends to drive innovation in the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
- At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience at a global in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or multinational organization.
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex topics in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to senior audiences.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting technology or product executive talent.
