Senior Manager, Executive Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CEO's operational rhythm including calendar prioritization and planning systems
• Manage, develop, and support a team of 7 EBPs through coaching and performance management
• Lead communications on sensitive and high-priority matters on behalf of the CEO
• Partner with senior leaders to track priorities and drive completion of key deliverables
• Prepare and oversee executive-level meeting materials, briefings, and readouts
• Shape team standards, accountability frameworks, and operational processes
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and manage expenses/budgets
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Substantial experience supporting C-suite executives in a high-growth technology company
• Proven people management experience leading a team of EBPs or operational professionals
• Demonstrated ability to build operational systems for executive-level planning
• Strong executive communications skills with high discretion
• Ability to influence without authority and model calm in high-stakes situations
• Experience coaching and developing executive support professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a team through significant company transitions such as an IPO or rapid scale
