Senior Manager, EV Field Services

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of work orders and projects across two countries and seven regions
• Recruit, develop, and lead field service managers to build high-performing teams
• Design and implement scalable processes and systems to automate manual tasks
• Manage subcontractors to ensure they meet high quality and safety standards
• Drive customer experience and profitability through effective technician management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building teams, primarily in renewable energy or EV sectors
• Deep operational expertise in field services
• Proven ability to scale operations rapidly
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
• Construction and commissioning experience with a focus on jobsite safety
• High-agency approach to problem solving
