Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance

Responsibilities

• Partner in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company compliance policies and procedures
• Manage the transparency reporting program, including federal and state aggregate spend reporting and disclosure laws
• Ensure accuracy of required reports and successful submission by established deadlines
• Administer compliance training and education to ensure employee understanding of ethics and legal matters
• Execute auditing and monitoring programs to ensure business activities comply with legal requirements
• Partner with business units to address noncompliance and implement corrective actions
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure operational activities align with regulatory requirements
• Serve as a point of contact for transparency-related questions and compliance topics

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage highly confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a compliance operations or project management position
