Senior Manager, Environmental Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of environmental programs and compliance strategies for data center and power assets
• Oversee pre-project environmental due diligence including wetland delineations and biological surveys
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Real Estate, and Engineering to manage environmental risks
• Establish scalable corporate environmental policies and KPIs to align with sustainability goals
• Oversee construction environmental assurance including stormwater management and compliance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• 10–15+ years of experience in environmental planning and permitting
• Proven track record managing compliance for large-scale industrial construction projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale data center or utility-scale power generation projects
• Professional certifications such as CEP, PE, or PMP
• Experience in M&A and corporate environmental due diligence
