About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of environmental programs and compliance strategies for data center and power assets
- Oversee pre-project environmental due diligence including wetland delineations and biological surveys
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Real Estate, and Engineering to manage environmental risks
- Establish scalable corporate environmental policies and KPIs to align with sustainability goals
- Oversee construction environmental assurance including stormwater management and compliance tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
- 10–15+ years of experience in environmental planning and permitting
- Proven track record managing compliance for large-scale industrial construction projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hyperscale data center or utility-scale power generation projects
- Professional certifications such as CEP, PE, or PMP
- Experience in M&A and corporate environmental due diligence
