Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS leader for the Scottsdale facility and advise site management on regulatory compliance and risk reduction
• Lead and develop the Scottsdale EHS team by setting priorities and coaching members
• Establish EHS programs for a new facility including procedures, inspections, and training plans
• Partner with design, construction, and engineering teams to integrate EHS requirements into equipment and systems
• Maintain safety programs for hazardous energy, electrical safety, chemical safety, and emergency response
• Manage environmental compliance for air, water, wastewater, stormwater, and waste management
• Implement and maintain EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Requirements

• BS or MS in health and safety engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech operations
• Experience leading or supervising EHS professionals or cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with air permitting, wastewater, stormwater, and hazardous waste management
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, cleanrooms, and chemical/gas systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred
