Senior Manager Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall EHSS vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to integrate EHSS goals into business planning and performance metrics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing EHSS team across the company.
• Lead and manage the company’s HSE management system to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, FAA, and international regulations.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions for internal facilities and external service providers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive global security strategies and protocols for personnel working in international locations.
• Manage relationships with global security service providers, including emergency evacuation and real-time threat monitoring.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs including air, water, waste, and chemical management.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness, business continuity, and crisis management plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHSS experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior management role managing a team.
• Proven experience leading multi-site EHSS programs with an international footprint.
• Proven experience managing global security programs for personnel in international locations.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with global security service providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE, CPP, PSP).
• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience developing security protocols for employees in high-risk or politically unstable regions.
• Knowledge of international security risk management, including civil unrest and emergency evacuation protocols.
