Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead customized strategy development and advisory support at an enterprise and business line level
• Conduct research, financial analysis, and create models to assess future state financial benefits and costs
• Manage multiple project workstreams, including leading problem-solving sessions, workshops, and interviews
• Synthesize findings to present clear recommendations and implementation plans to senior management
• Drive the execution and ongoing management of strategic planning processes
• Perform competitive and business environment research to identify emerging trends and implications

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business or engineering
• 2+ years of post-MBA experience or 5+ years of post-undergraduate experience
• Proven experience in consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or investment banking
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Exceptional analytical, planning, and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate business degree (MBA)
• Experience within the financial services industry
