About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of motivated and diverse Account Executives to drive growth for Figma's Enterprise products
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support sales efforts
- Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth
- Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to exceed goals
Requirements
- 15+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of the technical and competitive landscape
