About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of motivated and diverse Account Executives to drive growth for Figma's Enterprise products
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support sales efforts
  • Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth
  • Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales
  • Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to exceed goals

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of the technical and competitive landscape
