Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk, Europe

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the continuous development of the Enterprise Risk function for Europe.
• Provide support in areas of Prudential risk and assist with the Risk Management portions of the ICAAP.
• Design, execute, and review the Recovery Plan, including simulations.
• Coordinate the annual review of the Risk Register, facilitating both "Bottom Up" and "Top Down" reviews.
• Manage the annual review and update of Europe’s Risk Management and Risk Appetite Frameworks.
• Oversee Reputational Risk, including policy review and reporting to committees and the Board.
• Lead the development of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Framework.
• Coordinate reporting for the CRO to management committees, the Board, and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage policy dissemination and maintain the European policy library.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Enterprise Risk function within a financial services institution.
• Quantitative background with a relevant degree (NFQ Level 8) or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles based on global and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with senior management and the Board.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
