Senior Manager, Enterprise Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
• Oversee the sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV services to enterprise clients, including medical and educational institutions.
• Develop and monitor sales promotions and incentives to ensure team and individual achievement of quality and sales goals.
• Lead the selection, training, development, and performance management of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Analyze sales data to provide accurate annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and unit forecasts.
• Identify and implement business process improvements to increase sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in sales or sales management.
• Proven experience managing professional sales teams.
• Deep expertise in Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV services.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multi-site regional businesses or national accounts.
• Strong skills in sales optimization and strategic objective setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and growth within a large-scale organization.
