Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a scalable change management framework and toolkit (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to support Group Transformation Office initiatives.
• Drive local adoption by working hands-on with Category, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to translate global designs into local rollouts.
• Establish and animate cross-functional Communities of Practice to foster knowledge-sharing and collective problem-solving.
• Define and track adoption KPIs, using feedback loops and data analytics to identify resistance and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with the Communication team to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging and manager toolkits across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or operational enablement within complex, multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, and training design.
• Proven ability in community building, facilitation, and knowledge management.
• Experience in adoption measurement using KPIs, surveys, and data storytelling (e.g., Power BI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or APMG).
• Experience with ERP/digital adoption or process excellence topics.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology/Digital teams to drive end-user outcomes.
