Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications roadmap for ERP, CRM, WMS, HRIS, and other business systems
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior business analysts and developers
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications
• Manage application upgrades, patches, releases, and vendor roadmaps
• Lead enterprise application projects from planning through execution and deployment
• Support ERP modules and cross-functional processes across Financials, Supply Chain, and Transportation Management
• Maintain documentation including requirements, risks, and release notes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise applications
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and application portfolios
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP)
• Proven success leading large-scale application implementations and upgrades
• Proficiency with analysis and documentation tools like Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP rollouts or multi-entity implementations
• Experience with e-Commerce platforms and digital signature tools
• Familiarity with Service desk platforms like ServiceNow or Manage Engine
• Knowledge of integrations and middleware such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica
• Experience with Great Plains Financials
