Senior Manager, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, and product owners
• Recruit, build, and lead high-performing engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure analytics services
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development to engineers and technical leads
• Manage daily stand-ups and partner with Product Owners to align on objectives, priorities, and risks
• Participate in architecture discussions and cross-functional planning to ensure product success
• Proactively identify and resolve reliability and data quality issues through effective triaging and remediation

Requirements

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• 15+ years of experience in software development
• 8+ years of experience managing and leading software engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience developing enterprise-level SaaS products on public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience leading large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and container orchestration
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: C++, Java, Python, or C#
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices
