Senior Manager, Enabling Services Agile Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the implementation of high-value, complex sourcing projects and contracts.
• Manage a team responsible for procurement execution, contracting, and data analytics.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing events, including RFI/RFP development, FMV assessment, and contract negotiations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy to ensure compliant and effective contracting.
• Utilize market and internal analytics to influence strategic category plans and identify supply optimization opportunities.
• Manage a large book of work across multiple geographies, ensuring organization and transparency in a fast-paced environment.
• Support supplier management tasks and contribute to procurement compliance and risk management programs.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and systems.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Business, Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement categories (e.g., IT, Consulting, Financial, or Corporate Services).
• Strong contracting acumen with experience negotiating complex agreements like Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Proven experience in RFx development and execution.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, category management, and project management.
• Proficiency in procurement technology such as Ariba or Icertis.
• Excellent English communication skills.
