Senior Manager en Trade Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the risk strategy for Trade Finance products, ensuring comprehensive management of Receivable Finance and structured finance portfolios.
• Authorize and supervise high-complexity credit risk proposals, ensuring deep analysis of client financial profiles and structure viability.
• Define and propose admission criteria for new commercial financing products aligned with the institution's risk appetite.
• Act as a technical and strategic expert before high-level Credit Committees and CIB Business areas.
• Supervise risk management associated with supply chains and invoice discounting to mitigate operational and counterparty risks.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams in evaluating cross-border operations and the use of Export Credit Agencies (ECAs).
• Ensure the implementation of ESG criteria in the evaluation of Trade Finance facilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Trade Finance or Structured Finance within the financial sector.
• Expert knowledge in Trade Finance and specialized expertise in Receivable Finance (Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Supply Chain Finance).
• Strong background in corporate credit risk analysis for Global/Large segment clients.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) for international operations and global headquarters coordination.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant international certifications (e.g., CDCS, CITF).
• Advanced knowledge of international regulations such as UCP 600 and URC 522.
• Experience managing structures involving Export Credit Agencies (ECAs).
• Understanding of technological solutions applied to Trade Finance.
