Senior Manager - Employment Tax

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Employment Tax business in London and drive client pursuit efforts
• Deliver employment tax compliance and technical advice to clients across various industry sectors
• Manage the successful delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and business-driven results
• Build and sustain client relationships to capture new business opportunities
• Support and develop junior team members through coaching and delegation
• Stay up to date with key technical, functional, and leadership skills to share expertise with the wider team

Requirements

• Proven experience in employment tax gained within a consultancy, legal firm, or large global corporate environment
• Deep technical understanding of IR35, employment status, and payroll (PAYE, RTI, audits)
• Knowledge of Expenses and Benefits (PSAs and P11Ds), Construction Industry Scheme, and Termination Payments
• Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and converting opportunities
• Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering high-quality technical guidance
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex problems with practical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• ATT or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
