Senior Manager, Employee Relations

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations and resolve sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment.
• Manage regional HR policies and regulatory compliance, including oversight of Regulated Staff.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Payroll, Rewards) to provide strategic guidance.
• Design and administer programs to enhance manager effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Analyze business trends and leverage HR metrics and AI-driven insights to inform people strategies.
• Lead HR practices in Singapore, including talent planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives.
• Develop and implement scalable global process improvements within the employee relations function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven expertise in managing employee relations across the APAC region.
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory HR management within highly regulated industries (e.g., Banking or Financial Services).
• Ability to operate independently in a highly matrixed and global organizational structure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data dashboards and AI tools to drive HR decision-making.
• Strong ability to translate complex people matters into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Experience collaborating with Remuneration & Nomination Committees or Board members.
