Senior Manager, Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and Resilience Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and mobilisation of Qantas Group’s emergency response and operational resilience capabilities
• Drive crisis management, business continuity, response planning and resilience programs
• Oversee Crisis Management Team (CMT) readiness and activation
• Manage humanitarian and family assistance programs
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate large-scale resilience exercises and simulations
• Lead large teams and volunteer workforces including training and deployment
• Coordinate response activation and conduct post-incident reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in emergency response, crisis management, or operational resilience
• Proven track record leading real-world incident responses in aviation or safety-critical environments
• Experience as an Emergency Response or Crisis Management leader in a regulated environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Aviation Management, Emergency Management, or Business Resilience
• Expertise in crisis management frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading large teams and managing volunteer workforces
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
