Senior Manager, Email Marketing and Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of email marketing programs and user journeys
• Analyze cohort and segment performance to develop actionable insights
• Develop and execute a robust experimentation roadmap through A/B testing
• Create and manage sophisticated email campaigns including drip sequences and newsletters
• Identify user journey drop-off points and implement trigger-based campaigns
• Ensure deliverability best practices and maintain sender reputation
• Collaborate with data teams to build performance reporting and track KPIs
• Lead and mentor a high-performing CRM team
• Forecast marketing outcomes and track progress toward revenue goals
• Implement emerging AI and martech tools to drive efficiency

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience
• 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling teams
• Deep expertise in HubSpot
• Proficiency in email marketing automation, segmentation, and triggers
• Basic working knowledge of SQL
• Strong understanding of HTML and template scripting languages
• Exceptional copywriting skills
• Highly analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Braze, Iterable, or similar tools
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Simon Data or Optimove
• Familiarity with Looker or data transformation
