Senior Manager, eCommerce

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce website operations, including product building, listings, and site styling/reskins
• Manage and execute digital album campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring global alignment and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute on-site promotions and seasonal campaigns across artist channels
• Analyze campaign performance and data to adjust strategies and improve ROI
• Manage inventory levels, track stock between vendors, and ensure accurate warehouse delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-Commerce
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, clients, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the music industry
• Proficiency in Shopify
• Experience with email marketing platforms
