Senior Manager, eCommerce Key Accounts

Responsibilities

• Lead digital shelf optimization initiatives including content, SEO, PDP enhancements, and ratings/reviews
• Partner with marketing to execute media and retail media strategies
• Analyze conversion, traffic, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure strong in-stock performance and forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
• Leverage sales data and retailer analytics tools to identify insights and build quarterly/annual forecasts
• Build senior-level relationships within key eCommerce accounts and lead strategic business reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital retail
• Proven success managing large, complex retail accounts
• Advanced experience with Amazon.com 1P/Vendor account management
• Strong analytical skills with experience using retail analytics platforms
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Knowledge of data/content governance, including GS1 GTIN/UPCs and GDSN product syndication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts for Walmart.com, Target.com, or other major online retailers
