Senior Manager, E-commerce Platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the Samsung.com digital merchandising team to manage Canadian content in English and French across B2C, B2B, and ShopApp platforms
• Oversee new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies to optimize the user journey and conversion rates
• Manage the Samsung.com operations and e-commerce budgets, including publishing, translations, and vendor partnerships
• Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and personalization strategies to achieve target revenue goals
• Facilitate omnichannel experiences, including "Reserve online, pick up in store" and "Endless Aisle" processes
• Act as the primary liaison between HQ teams and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, and IT
• Report on web analytics, campaign performance, and site stability to ensure an error-free customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce-enabled website environments
• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within the electronics industry
• 5+ years of experience working with CRM data tools and research methodologies
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Knowledge of Adobe Target or Insider for personalization and customer segmentation
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics
