Senior Manager, DT&I Product Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for proprietary tax technology solutions, ensuring alignment with tax practice strategy.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, managing scope, budget, and timelines to maximize business value.
• Lead and mentor a product management team, including managers and associates, to deliver high-quality requirements and user stories.
• Oversee product development, business testing plans, and deployment, adoption, and change management processes.
• Act as a key liaison between the tax practice and technical development teams to gather feedback and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Support business development by presenting technology stack capabilities during client pursuits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in tax and/or technology product management.
• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring professional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within a matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a J.D.
• 4+ years of direct experience in tax or technology product management.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE (OIT or Tax Provision).
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, JD, EA, PMP, or Certified Product Manager.
