About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Partner Commerce team by driving the development and adoption of digital KPI tools, reports, and analytical workflows.
- Own and drive the underlying DPC data architecture using Databricks and Power BI to provide insights into marketplace performance.
- Lead and coach a team of analysts, providing clear direction, prioritization, and support to ensure business-critical outcomes.
- Analyze product performance data across multiple markets and provide actionable recommendations to sales and internal stakeholders.
- Build variable-dependent forecasts based on product performance KPIs and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop and deploy new digital insight tools.
- Oversee and optimize data pipeline workflows and standardization processes to ensure high data quality and automation.
Requirements
- University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Research, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of analytical experience, ideally within sales, marketing, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, and SQL.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and understanding of e-commerce digital performance KPIs.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into a compelling narrative.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer-driven industries (apparel, fashion, or FMCG) is highly preferred.
