About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver broad-ranging Risk Consulting engagements, including IT risk management, Digital Compliance, and Cyber Risk Management.
- Direct assessments of IT processes against leading frameworks such as CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and SOX.
- Manage teams to execute IT internal controls evaluations, including application and IT general controls.
- Nurture client relationships to ensure service expectations and deliverables are met.
- Mentor and quality assure teams, taking accountability for engagement economics and innovative solution design.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify opportunities to better serve clients.
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, training, and coaching staff at all levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a consulting firm (Big 4 or boutique).
- Extensive expertise in IT risk management and Digital Compliance (ISO, PCI, Privacy, etc.).
- Strong experience in Cyber Risk Management and ERP advisory (including SAP).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising large teams.
- Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Internal Audit processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI Governance and the responsible use of AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of technology-enabled Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs.
- Expertise in business and technology resilience program design and implementation.
- Background in data governance and risk analytics.
