Senior Manager-Digital Product Management

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions to regulatory requirements by collaborating across the Network, Product Owners, and broader enterprise units.
• Resolve regulatory and other issues by implementing controls and remediating events.
• Create consistent leadership Control and Compliance reporting and actionable insights.
• Uplift root cause analysis frameworks and develop enhanced analytics.
• Assess new and changing regulations with Legal, Compliance, and Operational Excellence teams to determine impact on the Network.
• Coordinate responses to ongoing audit, governance, and oversight requirements, including regulatory reporting requests.
• Partner with Tech and Product SMEs to ensure appropriate audit/regulatory communications and implementation.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in MS-Excel and Tableau.
• Ability to handle sophisticated and unstructured data using programming languages such as SAS, SQL, or Python.
• Experience in the payments industry, including knowledge of payments regulations and their impact on networks, issuers, or acquirers.
• Experience in Product Management or Network solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience in Audit or Regulatory Change Management within Business, Operational Excellence, or Compliance is highly preferred.

• Understanding of emerging trends in payments and various market payment products.
• High intellectual curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
