Senior Manager, Digital Media & Ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Guide media strategy development for Retail and National Media, facilitating the evolution of media processes and tools.
• Support retail media activities by aligning with customer account teams on media investment and strategy optimization.
• Partner with ecommerce Key Account Managers to develop growth goals and consumer-centric ecommerce strategies.
• Develop 1P/3P strategies and seller enforcement strategies to drive ecommerce business.
• Lead the integration of consumer and shopper insights into marketing strategy, brand activation, and innovation pipelines.
• Oversee the marketing Tech Stack and lead investigations into AI opportunities for marketing functions.
• Manage financial planning and budgeting related to digital media and ecommerce initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in media, ecommerce, or related marketing roles.
• Proven ecommerce experience working with retailers such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, or Lowe’s.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and brand activation.
• Proficiency in market analysis and consumer insight integration.
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
