Responsibilities

• Drive paid channel strategy and investment to maximize pipeline efficiency.
• Own website conversion including demo flows, landing pages, and CRO experiments.
• Drive SEO and AEO to grow LLM referrals from platforms like ChatGPT, Google, and Claude.
• Build a culture of rapid experimentation across channels, audiences, and messaging.
• Maintain high quality standards across all external touchpoints including LinkedIn and email.
• Use AI tools to optimize research, creative iteration, and reporting automation.
• Own end-to-end measurement of channel economics from first touch to revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience in sales-led enterprise SaaS companies.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience allocating budget based on ROI.
• Hands-on experience with CRO, web analytics, GA4, and HubSpot.
• Proficiency in SEO and a strong understanding of AEO/LLM discoverability.
• Demonstrated AI fluency for research and content workflows.
