Senior Manager - Digital, Data and Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Digital, Data, and Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement in Sterile Drug Product (SDP) Operations.
• Define and deliver the OpEx roadmap and the SDP digital roadmap aligned with campus and network strategies.
• Deploy and sustain the OpEx business system, including Tiered Management, KPIs, and visual management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Translate global transformations into practical site-level execution while ensuring effective change management.
• Define SDP data strategy and governance to establish a single source of truth.
• Deploy dashboards and analytics to enable real-time performance visibility and predictive insights.
• Build capability across the site through coaching, training, and certification in Digital, Data, and OpEx.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Operational Excellence (OpEx) with a proven track record of delivering process improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
• Experience delivering digital and/or data-led transformations.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead change at scale and influence within a matrix organization.
