Senior Manager, DFI Insider Threat - Enhanced Monitoring, Governance and Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and oversight of the Enhanced Monitoring Program to support program effectiveness and drive executive reporting.
• Lead the development of Insider Threat operational initiatives to strengthen early detection and mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage operational and technical issues affecting the Enhanced Monitoring program workflow.
• Transform business monitoring needs into technical requirements for development and technology changes.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support investigations and leverage the Insider Threat Data Hub.
• Produce relevant metrics and briefing materials for executive forums to communicate challenges and decision points.
• Act as a liaison between monitoring teams, Corporate Security, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Criminology, Risk Management, Information Security, Business, Law, or equivalent experience.
• Highly accomplished analytical skillset in crime, tactical, or operational research.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Insider Threat trends, mitigation methodologies, and Canadian legislation/regulation.
• Experience managing risk programs or frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Controls frameworks.
• Extensive experience preparing and presenting briefing materials for senior management.
• Experience leading projects or programs involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insider Threat related professional experience.
• Relevant designations such as CFE, CAMS, CISSP, or Insider Threat Program Manager.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments in key international markets.
