Senior Manager – DevSecOps & Policy-as-Code

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a highly specialized team
• Drive the strategic agenda within Policy-as-Code and platform governance
• Build and develop virtual competence networks across the organization
• Ensure solid deliveries within authorization, policy management, and governance
• Act as a central sparring partner for management and future security initiatives
• Create buy-in among both technical and business stakeholders
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into simple and automated solutions

Requirements

• Experience leading software or platform teams
• Experience working with DevSecOps or modern security platforms
• Experience with governance, authorization, or policy management
• Ability to drive results through relationships and networking
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments (e.g., Finance, Defense, Pharma)
