Senior Manager, Device Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project management and leadership for Global Device Development programs from concept through registration and launch.
• Generate and maintain project plans, resource forecasts, and technical/business risk registers.
• Lead internal and external partners to identify solutions that keep development programs on track.
• Conduct "what-if" scenario analyses to negotiate realistic and aggressive project schedules.
• Manage high-value operational and capital budgets, ensuring disciplined forecasting against targets.
• Oversee contract management with partner organizations to optimize the use of internal and external resources.
• Provide timely reporting on critical path activities and potential milestone conflicts.
• Promote a positive Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) culture.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in technical project management and end-to-end program execution.
• Deep knowledge of drug delivery device development processes.
• Experience managing complex budgets, forecasting, and financial targets.
• Strong skills in risk management, mitigation, and integrated project risk planning.
• Experience in resource forecasting, planning, and managing schedule conflicts.
• Demonstrated ability in contract management with external partners.
