Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements for Investment Wealth Management organizations from scoping through delivery
• Manage client stakeholders, engagement teams, and multiple workstreams across complex business initiatives
• Oversee project plans, deliverable quality, risks, timelines, and project economics
• Develop recommendations, operating approaches, and implementation plans aligned to client objectives
• Support practice growth through proposals, offering development, and coaching of junior practitioners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant consulting and/or investment management experience
• 10+ years of experience translating requirements into optimized designs and identifying design alternatives
• 10+ years of experience leading complex strategy or operations transformation engagements
• 10+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and delivering persuasive recommendations
• 8+ years of experience developing and presenting proposal responses
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant area of specialization
• 10+ years of experience with industry platforms such as Aladdin, Simcorp, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, or Salesforce
• Experience with market intelligence tools like DST SalesConnect or Market Metrics Matrix
