Senior Manager, Delivery

Responsibilities

• Drive business unit performance to meet SLAs, adhere to business unit metrics, and accomplish account performance goals.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop employee teams through coaching, performance appraisals, and identifying development needs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and termination actions for a team of 3 or more employees.
• Participate in defining business strategies in collaboration with clients and upper management.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and the implementation of new systems to increase efficiency.
• Generate performance measurement reports and KPIs to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Ensure business unit compliance with organizational policies, local regulations, and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Broad technical expertise and deep industry knowledge.
• Proven experience in functional, operational, or program management.
• Experience managing teams of 3 or more employees, including performance and professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical and operational problems.
• Ability to execute departmental business plans and allocate resources effectively.
