About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a commercial advisor for enterprise sales, managing complex deal structuring and pricing methodologies
  • Facilitate cross-departmental deal evaluations with Legal, Finance, and Executive teams
  • Develop and update pricing models and discount policies to balance competitiveness with margin goals
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve sales velocity and streamline approval workflows
  • Support the optimization of CPQ systems and approval automation
  • Enforce global commercial policies and escalation protocols to ensure organizational consistency

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance
  • Experience within enterprise B2B technology companies (SaaS, AI, or cloud infrastructure)
  • Deep expertise in enterprise pricing strategy and complex contract structures
  • Proven track record operating in a global capacity
  • Strong command of CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus/Conga, Oracle CPQ) and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent business experience
  • Experience scaling Deal Desk operations in Series C+ startups
  • Familiarity with international commercial compliance and multi-currency pricing
  • Background with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Consumption-Based Pricing models
