About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Deal Desk function for EMEA markets (UK&I, France, DACH, Benelux) and Mexico
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Product leadership to influence deal outcomes and financial goals
- Design and maintain commercial strategies, policies, and downstream processes
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of managers and individual contributors
- Refine deal review processes, documentation, and systems for standard and non-standard transactions
- Utilize data and real-time reporting to identify improvements and execute initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Demonstrated experience in complex deal negotiations
- Proven track record of executing strategic programs and process improvements
- Experience hiring and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to manage initiatives using an OKR system
- Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools
- Strong data synthesis and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Deal Desk in a high-growth SaaS business ($1B+ ARR)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Expertise in pricing optimization and contract management
