Senior Manager - Data Sciences & Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish a new multidisciplinary team in Hyderabad, providing people leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Drive digital transformation by converting complex scientific and business needs into actionable AI and data science use cases.
• Own the product vision and roadmap, managing backlogs, release planning, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the implementation of ontologies and knowledge graphs, including semantic models and graph data models.
• Guide the delivery of AI/ML capabilities, including retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and human-centric designs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, AI engineers, and subject-matter experts to ensure scalable solution delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people leadership and line management, including performance management and workload prioritization.
• Technical leadership expertise in AI, data science, and machine learning.
• Strong product ownership skills with experience in roadmap definition and client success.
• Deep understanding of ontology and knowledge graph implementation (taxonomies, semantic models, and entity relationships).
• Proficiency in in silico modeling, data engineering, and AI application delivery.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and scientific or enterprise domain experts.
