About the role
Responsibilities
- Set AI and data science strategy across ML, NLP, search, recommendation, and generative AI to align with business priorities.
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams by coaching talent and fostering a culture of scientific rigor.
- Deliver advanced AI and knowledge-discovery systems through the full lifecycle, from experimentation to production.
- Implement LLMs, RAG, and domain-enriched AI solutions to drive impactful product outcomes.
- Establish robust evaluation frameworks, metrics, and responsible AI standards to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape product roadmaps and translate technical insights into business impact.
Requirements
- Significant experience in data science, AI/ML, NLP, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and agentic workflows.
- Proven success leading and developing technical teams in complex product or research environments.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable, production-ready AI/ML systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
